      I don't make these cheats, I only make cheats using Codebreaker. The ones you want are Gameshark. You also have to specify your ROM version. Try these I found on the internet, but they will only work on the specified versions.       There's no way because Elite Redux uses Pokémon Emerald as its base ROM, while these cheats are for the FireRed base ROM. FireRed leaves almost all values decrypted when loaded into RAM, while Emerald encrypts practically all values. In Pokémon Elite Redux specifically, it's possible to cheat Max EVs by taking advantage of the additional mechanic of changing EVs. If you scroll down a bit in the comments on the Elite Redux page, you'll see that I've already shared a cheat like this.
