Is there really not a way to view hidden values to edit them (EVs)? At the Johto Hidden Base, there’s a guy you can talk to that shows your EVs. But it’s still hidden?

Oh yeah it does, you just have to use the editing with a TM that can be learnt by that pokemon otherwise it won’t activate.
How i can use the move editor cheat?
1. Put cheat 8203CA62
2. Replace YYYY with the move number (find it in the Move List)
3. Activate the cheat and teach any TM to the pokemon, it will learn the cheat’s move.

1. It could be the rom version, I think I downloaded this one from pokecommunity.
2. There are two roms with this name, one from Dragonsden and one from colonelsalt.
If you want, you can send me the link where you downloaded your rom and I’ll see why it doesn’t work.

The move editor cheat doesn’t work
How i can use the move editor cheat?
1. Put cheat 8203CA62
2. Replace YYYY with the move number (find it in the Move List)
3. Activate the cheat and teach any TM to the pokemon, it will learn the cheat’s move.
Example: 8203CA62 00F7 = Shadow Ball
